CTO or Developer for Financial Platform

Looking for a CTO or developer to improve and enhance the current platform I built, which offers financial advice and operates as a digital private bank. IMPORTANT: at first, it will be purely advise, powered alongside AI. It is NOT a bank, therefore it will not have credit cards or custody any assets or money. Eventually it can grow to that, but that will be after a few years. My idea is to bring someone into this project long term, as the main full stack develope. Eventually, i'd like someone full time and get paid monthly. This is an idea that is guaranteed to succeed, just need the right technical personal to join the journey. You must have experience building financial platforms before. An example of a direct competitor would be addepar. If you have built something like that, you are the person!
