**CTO / Co-Founder — US Preferred** Fitable AI is an early-stage startup looking for a hands-on **CTO & Co-Founder** to help build, represent, and scale an AI-driven health intelligence platform. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong medical, clinical, healthcare, or digital health background, ideally combined with solid experience in AI/ML and software technology. We are looking for someone who can combine healthcare understanding with technical leadership, strong communication, commercial instinct, and founder presence. You should be comfortable speaking with investors, clinicians, partners, customers, and future team members — someone who can sell the vision as well as build the product. What we’re looking for: * Medical, clinical, healthcare, or digital health background * Physician/doctor background with technical or AI experience is highly valued * Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, mobile products, and scalable systems * Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills * Confident, articulate, persuasive, and commercially minded * Comfortable with fundraising, partnerships, and representing the company externally * Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate as a true co-founder * US-based preferred** This is a **co-founder/equity-focused opportunity**, not a traditional engineering role. You’ll work directly with the founder across technology, AI, product, fundraising, partnerships, hiring, and US expansion.
