California ADU Architect / Designer Needed – Cost-Effective ADU Conversion & Second Story

I am looking for an experienced California residential designer or architect to modify my existing architectural plans for an ADU conversion. The existing plans are already completed. I am not looking for a new design from scratch. I need someone to revise the existing plans based on my proposed layout and coordinate with a structural engineer. My goal is to preserve the existing layout and utilities as much as possible. I would like to keep: Existing plumbing Existing sewer lines Existing water lines Existing electrical service Existing main electrical panel The objective is to minimize unnecessary structural and utility modifications while creating a functional and code-compliant ADU. Scope of Work Review existing PDF plans. Revise the architectural drawings based on the proposed layout. Coordinate with the structural engineer if structural modifications are required. Prepare permit-ready architectural drawings. Preferred Experience California ADU projects. Los Angeles County permitting. Residential additions and conversions. Experience coordinating with structural engineers.
