California Licensed Structural Engineer Needed

Seeking a California licensed Structural Engineer (SE or PE) with experience in reinforced CMU masonry and residential structural design. I have an approved custom home permit in Calaveras County and need a limited-scope structural review of a load-bearing CMU fireplace that supports engineered roof beams. The footing and beam designs are complete, but the approved plans do not include sufficient structural masonry details. I need the engineer to review the existing plans and calculations and provide stamped supplemental structural details for the CMU wall, including reinforcement, grout requirements, bond beams, dowels, beam bearing, and connection details suitable for construction and, if required, submission to the building department.
