Call Agent – Remote Concierge Program

Our company is hiring compassionate, reliable Call Agents to support our Remote Concierge program—a lightweight support service that helps older adults stay connected, engaged, and independent at home. As a Remote Concierge Call Agent, you'll conduct friendly daily wellness surveys, facilitate social conversations, help coordinate everyday requests, and support family connections through our easy-to-use platform. What You'll Do - Conduct daily wellness surveys with seniors by phone or video - Build meaningful relationships through friendly conversations - Document survey responses and updates in our platform - Facilitate virtual social activities and family video calls - Assist with coordinating requests for groceries, rides, and approved services - Escalate concerns according to established workflows What You Won't Do - Provide medical advice or clinical assessments - Deliver hands-on care or personal care services - Make care decisions on behalf of participants or families We're Looking For Someone Who Is - Warm, patient, and an excellent listener - Comfortable speaking with older adults - Organized and detail-oriented - Professional and dependable - Comfortable using basic technology and video calling tools - Able to communicate clearly in English; additional languages are a plus Requirements - Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace - Computer with webcam and microphone - Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy guidelines - Available for scheduled shifts, including weekends if needed Compensation - $10 per hour - Remote work - Flexible scheduling - Training provided Every call matters.
