Call Center Representative for Appointment Setting

We are looking for a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our small, high-performing marketing team. You will handle inbound leads, engage prospects over the phone, and set qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Receive and call warm inbound leads Effectively set high-quality appointments Maintain accurate records in our CRM Hit weekly appointment-setting targets consistently Work closely with the Marketing Director Requirements: 1+ years of proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound/inbound sales calls Excellent phone presence with a clear, confident, and native-sounding English accent Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle objections and close appointments Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Located in the Americas (must be available for US business hours) Discipline and consistency working remotely Nice-to-Haves: Fluent in Spanish (big advantage) Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Previous experience in home services or B2C sales What We Offer: Full-time, long-term position (40 hrs/week) Direct reporting to the Marketing Director in a small, supportive team Clear performance targets with room for growth Competitive compensation (please include your expected hourly rate in your proposal)
