Call & Get Quotes for House Inspectors in Japan (Japanese native speakers only)

I am looking for a Japanese speaker (preferably living in Japan) that can search and call (by phone) house inspectors in the Sapporo area or Otaru area. I am looking into buying a home in Hokkaido and need to find a professional home inspector that can travel to Otaru and inspect the home's condition. The Job: 1. You will find 5-10 licensed inspectors in the Sapporo or Otaru area. 2. Call them via phone and ask them: - what services are included in each home inspection (ie. roof, electrical, plumbing, structure, termites, mold, foundation, earthquake proofing, etc.) - how much the inspection will cost - can they inspect a home in the Otaru area 3. You will provide me a written report in English of the information you found including - name and contact info of the inspector - their location/address - their reviews/rating - cost of inspection - what services are included in the cost of the inspection - your opinion which you thought was the most professional/experienced If hired, I will provide you with all the necessary details the inspector will need to provide you an accurate quote including: address/location of the home which needs to be inspected, the size of the home (m2), layout of the home (2LDK), size of the land, year the home was built, photos of the home, along with any other info the inspector will need.
