AI Calling Agent Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop an AI calling agent that integrates with Zoho CRM, Ceipal ATS, and Vonage. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI and CRM integration, ensuring seamless communication and data synchronization across platforms. The project involves designing and implementing a system that automates calling processes, enhances customer interaction, and improves data management efficiency. We are a recruitment and staffing company using Zoho CRM, Ceipal ATS, and Vonage. We are looking for developer who can build AI calling agents to support our Sales, recruitment and Account Management teams. Our primary use cases are: We have identified several opportunities to leverage AI Agents within Zoho CRM & Ceipal to enhance operations in the Federal Staffing business across the following processes: 1. Sales Process AI Agents in Zoho CRM can automate and streamline lead engagement by: Calling leads for initial qualification. Scheduling meetings with qualified prospects. Conducting follow-up communications through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Nurturing leads to improve conversion rates. 2. Account Management (AM) Process : AI Agents in Zoho CRM can support Account Managers by: Gathering client requirements and updates. Performing follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Conducting client satisfaction surveys. Providing candidates with status updates throughout the recruitment process. Identifying dissatisfied clients and escalating their concerns to the appropriate Account Manager for timely resolution. 3. Recruitment Process in Ceipal: Recruiter Assistant Agent: Automatically searches for suitable candidates from CEIPAL's internal database and, with the Copilot add-on, from external job portals as well. It also creates Boolean search strings and ranks candidates based on how well they match the job requirement. Candidate Relevancy Agent: Compares candidates' resumes with the client's job requirement and identifies the best-matching candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications. Voice Agent: Automatically calls candidates, asks screening questions, checks their interest in the job, collects RTR (Right to Represent), and performs the initial screening conversation without recruiter involvement.
