Calls Auditing/Scoring Representative

We are looking to hire a long-term call scoring specialist to listen, score and classify calls across several platforms that include but are not limited to - “Service Titan'', “Google Local Service Ads” and “What Converts”. We oversee marketing for Advantage Services Group, the parent company of ten residential home service companies across the country so this position will be a full time, 40 hours per week position that will require focus and reliability. The perfect candidate must be professional, have a strong internet connection, and be truly fluent in English, listening and comprehension (we will also test candidates on this), and be able to be fully relied upon. The schedule for this job would be 2am-11am CST.
