On-Camera YouTube Host

We run a network of YouTube channels and are looking for a charismatic on-camera host to become the face of one of our channels. You'd start on a single channel but we run several, so if the collaboration works well and you're up for it, there's significantly more work available: additional channels, higher volume, and a steady long-term income stream. How far this grows is largely up to you. Why this gig is different Most hosting jobs mean recording an entire 4,000-word script. Not here. You film only ~400 words on camera (roughly 10% of each video). The remaining voiceover is generated with an AI clone of your voice created with your explicit approval and under clear written terms covering usage, compensation, and what happens if we ever part ways. Your voice stays yours; we license it per project. What you'll do Film short on-camera segments (~400 words per video) in your own studio setup Deliver clean, well-lit footage with good audio Record a one-time voice sample so we can set up the AI voiceover (after terms are agreed) Give occasional feedback on how your AI voice sounds in the final edit What we're looking for Strong, natural on-camera presence and delivery Fluent, clear English (native or near-native) A decent home studio: good lighting, clean background, quality microphone and camera Reliability we publish on a schedule, so consistent turnaround matters Openness to a long-term collaboration (this is not a one-off) Compensation & structure Paid per video: a fee for the on-camera segment plus a separate fee for AI voiceover usage We start with one channel; strong performers get offered additional channels and volume All voice-cloning terms are put in a simple written agreement before anything is cloned How to apply Send us: A short intro video (1–2 min) or a link to footage of you presenting on camera A photo or clip of your studio setup Your rate expectations per video Start your application with the word "SPOTLIGHT" so we know you read the full post.
