Summary

We're looking for an experienced media buyer to help launch and run paid acquisition for a voice AI receptionist service aimed at small trades businesses (plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians). We're early and intentionally channel-agnostic. Before committing spend, what we want most is informed direction: an assessment of our offer and current site, and a clear recommendation on the most effective acquisition strategy for a business like ours — whichever channels and approach you believe will actually perform. We don't have a fixed plan we're attached to. We're hiring for judgment as much as execution, and we're open to restructuring our setup where it makes sense for the strategy you advise. From there, you'd build and manage the campaigns end to-end — targeting, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization of cost per lead and conversions. You'd be a strong fit if you've run lead-generation campaigns for local service businesses and can point to real, measurable results. If you can guide a newer advertiser toward the right strategy and then execute it, we'd like to talk.
