Campus Map Design

We are in need of a campus map for a local winery. I have an example of a style of a map we are looking to portray. The land is about 87 acres and has multiple buildings and lots of different parking lots, a vineyard, ponds, and other features. We can offer drone footage and images to help locate everything appropriately. We need to make sure the source file is in illustrator or photoshop. But whatever one we use it needs to be easy to edit and be able for our team or yourself to add a new feature or a new building on the property. We will need access to the source file after the work is ready. I also attached a map we created on the campus for a disc golf course. This is just for reference to help with some of the layout of the land. We can give you the exact location and GPS images as well to help. Please let us know the cost and time for this work, but also we need past work examples as well.
