Canadian-Based Cold Caller / Sales Closer for Simple Local Business Offer

We are looking for a Canadian-based outbound sales rep to help us contact local businesses in the US market. This is a simple and easy B2B offer for small local businesses. You will call from a provided lead list, speak with owners or decision-makers, send a preview link when there is interest, answer simple questions, and help close the sale when the prospect is ready. This is not a complex technical sale. The offer is visual, easy to understand, and built around helping local business owners improve their online presence. This is also not just appointment setting. When a prospect is interested, we want someone who can keep the conversation moving, explain the offer clearly, and ask for the sale in a natural way. What you will do -Make outbound calls to local businesses from a provided lead list -Speak with owners or decision-makers when possible -Follow a simple script while sounding natural and conversational -Ask permission to send a preview link by SMS or email -Walk interested prospects through the offer -Answer simple questions and handle basic objections -Ask for the sale when the prospect is interested -Follow up with people who did not answer, asked for a callback, or showed interest -Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-up status in our CRM or tracking sheet -Share feedback so we can improve the script and process Daily workflow We will start with around 50 fresh leads per active calling day. After the first day, you will also follow up with previous leads who did not answer, asked to be called later, or showed interest but did not move forward yet. Some days may include fewer new leads and more follow-up, depending on the pipeline. What we are looking for: -Must be based in Canada -Clear, friendly English phone presence -Comfortable making outbound calls -Able to sound natural, confident, and not robotic -Good at listening and keeping the conversation simple -Comfortable asking for the sale directly when there is clear interest -Reliable internet and quiet calling environment -Able to update notes accurately after each call -Cold calling, appointment setting, or small business sales experience preferred -CRM experience is a plus, especially GoHighLevel, but not required Compensation: This will start as a paid trial. Compensation will include a daily base for active calling days plus $100 commission for each paid closed sale Exact compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on experience. There is strong potential for ongoing work and increased volume if the first test goes well. Initial schedule: We are starting with a small test and want someone who can begin quickly. If results are strong, this can grow into a larger ongoing role. Please mention whether you are comfortable both calling and closing simple offers over the phone.
