Canadian Business Registration + Wise & Stripe Setup for Non-Resident Founder (Remote)

We are launching a home-services lead generation platform launching in Canada. I'm not a Canadian citizen or resident, and we are looking for an experienced consultant to guide us through setting up the Canadian side of the business remotely. Scope of work: Business registration — advise on and handle the registration of a Canadian company suitable for a non-resident owner (including which province or federal incorporation makes sense given director-residency rules), registered address/agent requirements, Business Number, and any tax registrations needed (GST/HST). Wise Business account — guide me through opening and verifying a Wise Business account for the new company. Stripe production account — guide me through Stripe activation for the Canadian entity (business verification, bank payout setup, going live). Requirements: Proven experience registering Canadian businesses for non-resident founders — please mention specific cases in your proposal Familiarity with Wise and Stripe onboarding/KYC for Canadian companies Clear communication and a step-by-step plan; I'll complete identity-verification steps myself where the platforms require the owner to do so Bonus: experience with ongoing compliance (annual filings, bookkeeping referrals) In your proposal, please include: which province/structure you'd recommend for a non-resident owner and why, a rough timeline, and a cost estimate (your fee vs. government/third-party fees).
