Canadian NHPs Regulatory Consultant

We are a growing natural health products company building a portfolio of licensed NHPs for the Canadian market. We're looking for an experienced regulatory consultant to support us on an ongoing hourly basis with Health Canada (NNHPD) submissions and compliance work. Scope of Work: - Prepare and submit **PLA (Product Licence Applications)** for new NPNs — Class I, II, and III submissions - File **ANF (Amendment/Notification Form) submissions** for brand name additions, label changes, and administrative updates via ePost Connect - Conduct **label reviews** for compliance with NHP Regulations, monograph alignment, bilingual (English/French) requirements, and NPN certificate accuracy - Handle **correspondence with Health Canada / NNHPD** as needed, including responses to IRNs (Information Request Notices) and post-licensing queries - Advise on **classification decisions** (Class I monograph-based, Class II compendial, Class III full evidence) and ingredient/claim alignment with NHPID Requirements: - Proven track record of successful NPN issuances (please share examples/company code if possible) - Deep familiarity with NNHPD Compendium of Monographs, NHPID, LNHPD, ePLA portal, and ePost Connect - Fluent in NHP regulatory terminology and current on NNHPD guidance updates - Clear written English communication - Reliable turnaround times and proactive communication Engagement: - **Hourly basis**, ongoing engagement - Please share your hourly rate, typical response time, and 2–3 examples of NPNs you've successfully filed - Long-term working relationship preferred for the right consultant Looking forward to hearing from you.
