We are looking for someone interested in developing an ongoing working relationship rather than completing a single short-term project. For a candidate who demonstrates strong securities knowledge, reliability, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of their work, there is potential for the role to grow substantially in both hours and responsibility. While the position is remote, **availability during Canadian business hours** will be important for time-sensitive filings and client matters. ## To Apply Please include the following in your application: 1. A brief overview of your experience with Canadian securities or public-company work. 2. Your experience with SEDAR+, SEDI, TSX, TSX-V, and/or CSE matters. 3. Your experience supporting securities lawyers, corporate secretaries, public-company executives, or boards of directors. 4. Your current weekly availability and general working hours/time zone. 5. Your hourly rate. 6. Any additional experience with corporate governance, public-company transactions, or executive support that you believe would be relevant.
