We are seeking a detail-oriented Candidate Lead Generator to identify, research, and generate potential candidate leads to support our recruiting team. The ideal candidate is skilled in online research, data entry, and building organized lead lists. Responsibilities: Research potential candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms Build and maintain accurate candidate lead lists Support recruiters by providing organized, actionable candidate data Ensure lead information is up-to-date and well-documented Assist with ad-hoc research or candidate sourcing tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications: Strong research and data entry skills Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and online sourcing tools Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Prior experience in lead generation, recruiting support, or talent sourcing
