IT Candidate Negotiation Specialist (Remote, French fluency required)

An IT consulting firm specializing in contract staffing and public sector projects is seeking an experienced recruiter to support candidate qualification and negotiation activities for IT contract opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES * Contact pre-identified IT candidates regarding contract opportunities * Qualify candidates based on interest, availability, experience, and rate expectations * Negotiate rates and engagement terms * Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process * Update candidate information and activities in the CRM/ATS * Collaborate with sourcing and recruitment teams * Meet daily activity targets and recruitment timelines REQUIREMENTS * Full French fluency (spoken and written) * Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience * Strong negotiation skills, particularly around rates and contract terms * Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and candidate interactions * Experience using ATS and/or CRM platforms WORK ENVIRONMENT * 100% remote * Performance-driven, high-volume recruitment environment * Clear activity expectations and measurable objectives - Version française - Une firme de consultation en technologies de l’information spécialisée dans le placement de ressources contractuelles et les mandats du secteur public est à la recherche d’un(e) recruteur(trice) expérimenté(e) pour soutenir les activités de qualification et de négociation de candidats TI. RESPONSABILITÉS * Contacter des candidats TI préidentifiés pour des opportunités contractuelles * Qualifier les candidats selon leur intérêt, leur disponibilité, leur expérience et leurs attentes salariales/taux * Négocier les taux et les conditions d’engagement * Assurer un suivi rigoureux tout au long du processus de recrutement * Mettre à jour les informations et les activités dans le CRM/ATS * Collaborer avec les équipes de sourcing et de recrutement * Respecter les objectifs quotidiens d’activité et les échéanciers de recrutement EXIGENCES * Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en recrutement * Excellentes aptitudes en négociation, notamment concernant les taux et les conditions contractuelles * Aisance dans un environnement à volume élevé d’appels et d’interactions avec les candidats * Expérience avec un ATS et/ou un CRM * Excellentes compétences en communication en français CONDITIONS * 100 % télétravail * Environnement axé sur la performance et le volume * Objectifs clairs et attentes mesurables en matière d’activité
