Responsibilities: * Source potential candidates from professional networking platforms, job boards, and other publicly available resources. * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Conduct candidate research based on job requirements. * Review profiles and resumes to identify suitable matches. * Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing notes. * Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate availability. * Collaborate with the hiring team to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities. Requirements: * Experience in candidate sourcing, talent research, or recruitment support. * Strong understanding of the Indian job market. * Excellent internet research and communication skills. * Ability to identify relevant candidates for a wide range of positions. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
