We are looking for a highly motivated Candidate Sourcing & Talent Research Specialist to help fuel our recruiting engine. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for the right person. About The Role This position is focused on finding talent. You will work closely with our recruiters to identify qualified candidates, build targeted talent pipelines, enrich candidate contact information, and maintain accurate records within our recruiting systems. You will not be responsible for interviewing, selling opportunities, or closing candidates. Your primary responsibility is helping our recruiters connect with the right people faster. Many of the candidates we target are currently employed and not actively searching for jobs, so strong research and sourcing skills are critical. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Juicebox (PeopleGPT), Google, company websites, industry directories, and other sourcing tools. Build targeted candidate lists based on job requirements and recruiter guidance. Identify passive candidates currently working for competitor or related companies. Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Contact Information Research & Enrichment Locate and verify candidate phone numbers and email addresses. Use tools such as Seamless.ai, LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other research platforms. Ensure contact information is accurate and up to date before entering candidates into our system. ATS & Data Management Enter candidate information into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain clean, organized, and accurate candidate records. Properly tag, categorize, and update candidate profiles. Follow established recruiting workflows and processes. Recruiting Support Work directly with recruiters to understand hiring priorities. Assist with building talent pools for multiple open positions. Help improve sourcing strategies and candidate quality. What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate consistently: Delivers qualified candidate leads daily. Maintains high data accuracy. Finds hard-to-locate candidate contact information. Follows processes and meets deadlines. Communicates clearly with recruiters. Takes ownership of their work and continuously improves. Qualifications Required: Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, or similar platforms. Strong internet research skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data. Strong written English communication skills. Reliable internet connection and computer. Ability to work independently while following established processes. Preferred Experience working for a recruiting or staffing organization. Experience sourcing candidates in the U.S. job market. Experience with ATS or CRM platforms. Experience with Tracker RMS, RecruitWare, Bullhorn, JobAdder, or similar systems. Experience using Seamless.ai, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Juicebox, or similar sourcing tools. Experience sourcing blue-collar, skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, transportation, or home service talent. Compensation Full-Time Position $6-$10 per hour based on experience, quality, and productivity Performance-based increases available Long-term opportunity with room for advancement Why Join TBCR?
