Canva Brand Template Builder — Proposal Automation (Enterprise Autofill)

Overview We have an internal system that auto-generates sales proposals; we're turning its output into designed Canva decks. We need a Canva specialist to build one master brand template (~54 slides) with tagged data fields so our system can auto-fill it via the Canva Connect (Autofill) API. The slides already exist as PowerPoint decks - the work is rebuilding them faithfully in Canva, making the visuals work, and tagging every variable element as a named data field per a detailed spec we provide. Scope of work Rebuild ~54 existing slides (provided as PowerPoint) into a single Canva presentation brand template, on-brand. - Ensure layouts/visuals translate cleanly into Canva. - Tag every variable element - text and images - as a named Canva data field, matching our field spec exactly (names + character limits). - Create image data fields for product mocks and the client logo (images must be autofillable, not static). - Build the pricing slide from individual text boxes (no Canva tables); size/group text boxes so they fit maximum copy without overflowing. - Publish as a brand template in our Canva Enterprise org. Required (essential) - Proven experience building Canva Enterprise brand templates with Data Fields for Autofill / the Connect API - this is the core skill, distinct from general Canva design. - Strong presentation/deck design in Canva, working from existing source decks. - Precision with a detailed spec (exact field names, character limits, per-slide fields). Nice to have - Hands-on with the Canva Connect API / Bulk Create. - B2B marketing / sales-deck design. What we provide - The existing PowerPoint decks (nearly every slide already designed). - A detailed template spec (every slide, field name, and max length). - A seat in our Canva Enterprise org with Brand Designer access (you work inside our org - the template can't be built in an outside account). - Brand assets and source designs. This will be a fast project - presumably 15-30 hours within the next couple of weeks. NDA will be required. Remote work - location/timezone make no difference.
