Canva Carousel Graphic Designer

I’m looking for a creative Canva graphic designer to support my personal brand across Instagram and YouTube. This role is for someone who can create polished, on-brand visual content including: * Instagram reel covers * Instagram carousel posts * YouTube thumbnails * Simple social graphics as needed The goal is to create content that feels clean, strategic, modern, and easy to read while still standing out in the feed. My personal brand focuses on marketing, business growth, content strategy, and the behind-the-scenes process of building and scaling a business. I’m looking for someone who can take direction well but does not need to be micromanaged. You should be able to look at a content idea, script, voice memo, or rough outline and turn it into a strong visual concept. Responsibilities: * Design Instagram reel covers that are clear, eye-catching, and aligned with the topic of the video * Create carousel posts using provided content, voice memos, captions, or outlines * Design YouTube thumbnails that are scroll-stopping but still professional * Maintain a consistent visual style across all graphics * Suggest layout ideas, cover text, and design improvements when needed * Organize Canva files clearly so they are easy to reuse and update * Work quickly and communicate clearly on revisions Must have: * Strong Canva design skills * Experience designing for Instagram and/or YouTube * A good eye for layout, hierarchy, spacing, and typography * Ability to create designs that feel clean, modern, and professional * Understanding of what performs well visually on social media * Ability to follow brand guidelines and keep designs consistent * Strong attention to detail Nice to have: * Experience designing for personal brands, founders, coaches, consultants, or service-based businesses * Ability to help refine hook text or cover text * Familiarity with content around entrepreneurship, marketing, business growth, or personal branding To apply, please send: * 3–5 examples of Instagram carousel designs, reel covers, or YouTube thumbnails you’ve created * A brief description of your design process * Your typical turnaround time for one carousel, one reel cover, and one YouTube thumbnail I’m looking for someone reliable who can support ongoing content creation and help build a consistent, recognizable visual identity for my personal brand.
