Canva Expert Needed for Social Media Graphics Across Multiple Brands

Quick question… Are you the kind of person who can open Canva, take a pile of content, and somehow make everything look clean, polished, expensive, and on-brand? Because I need that person. Here’s the situation: I run multiple businesses, including an events company and real estate-related brands, and I need help creating consistent, high-quality social media graphics in Canva. I’m not necessarily looking for someone to write all the copy from scratch. I can provide the copy, content, photos, videos, ideas, brand direction, offers, event details, listings, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and random bursts of creative genius. Your job is to take what I give you and make it look amazing. That means creating graphics, organizing designs, keeping everything on-brand, and helping turn my scattered content into finished visual assets that are ready to post, schedule, or hand off. Basically, I need a Canva expert who can take things across the finish line. Someone who can look at raw content and say, “Got it,” then turn it into polished social media graphics without needing me to explain every tiny detail. The role: • Create social media graphics in Canva for multiple companies/brands • Take provided copy, content, photos, videos, and ideas and turn them into polished visuals • Design graphics for events, promotions, real estate content, listings, testimonials, market updates, announcements, behind-the-scenes posts, and more • Keep each brand organized and visually consistent • Create templates we can reuse so content gets faster and easier over time • Help organize Canva files, folders, brand kits, templates, and designs so nothing turns into a dumpster fire • Make sure graphics are formatted properly for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, stories, reels covers, and other social platforms • Bonus if you can also help load or schedule content into our social media planner • Bonus if you’re familiar with HighLevel Social Planner Time commitment: This will likely be part-time and project-based to start. We may batch content once or twice a month, depending on what’s needed. You’re probably perfect for this if: → You’re an actual Canva expert, not someone who “kind of knows Canva” → You have a strong eye for design, layout, spacing, fonts, and branding → You can make social media graphics look clean, modern, and premium → You can work across multiple brands without making everything look the same → You’re organized enough to manage folders, templates, and versions without chaos → You can take direction but don’t need to be micromanaged → You’re fast, dependable, and good at finishing things → You understand how social media graphics should look on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok → You’re comfortable working with a creative entrepreneur whose brain occasionally has 47 tabs open Required skills: ✅ Expert-level Canva skills ✅ Strong social media graphic design experience ✅ Ability to create reusable Canva templates ✅ Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency ✅ Experience designing for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ✅ Ability to organize Canva files, templates, folders, and brand assets ✅ Ability to take provided copy/content and turn it into finished graphics ✅ Dependable, self-starting, and able to work without being micromanaged Bonus points: ⭐ Experience with HighLevel Social Planner ⭐ Ability to help schedule or load posts ⭐ Experience with LinkedIn graphics ⭐ Experience with Google Business Profile graphics/posts ⭐ Real estate design experience ⭐ Event company or event promotion design experience ⭐ Experience working with multiple brands ⭐ Experience using AI tools to speed up creative workflows What I’ll provide: • Copy/captions when needed • Photos and videos • Brand direction • Event details • Real estate content • Offers/promotions • Examples of styles I like • Feedback and direction What you’ll provide: • Beautiful Canva graphics • Organized Canva templates and folders • Finished visual assets ready to post or schedule • A good eye for making things look polished and professional • The ability to take content from “rough idea” to “ready to go” To apply, send me: 1.
