CapCut Editor Needed: Sync AI Voiceover to Install Guide Video (Motorcycle Parts)
Worldwide
I need an experienced CapCut editor to finish a ~17-minute instructional install guide video for a motorcycle parts brand. The script, footage, and voiceover audio are already done, this is a sync and polish job, not a creative/scripting job. What's already provided: Raw install guide footage (hands-on installation shots, no talking head, no dialogue to preserve) Finalized script, broken into 9 clearly defined install steps 9 separate AI-generated voiceover audio segments (one per step), already recorded and ready to drop in Original ambient/tool sound audio for each clip (needs to be separated from the removed original narration and kept) What you'll be doing: Separate vocals from the original footage audio on remaining clips (some already done), keep tool/ambient sounds, discard old narration Sync each of the 9 new voiceover segments to its matching footage section, adjusting pacing/trim as needed so narration lines up naturally with on-screen actions (not lip sync, footage is hands/tools, not a speaker) Add a simple title card for each of the 9 steps (e.g., "Step 1: Remove the Seat"), animated in/out Build the "what's included" components section (7 items) using static product image layouts with copy overlaid, or ideally, motion graphics animating each component in, open to your recommendation on which looks stronger Replace noted footage sections with static product image layouts, timed to match voiceover length for that section Balance audio levels between voiceover and ambient/tool sounds Full review pass and export Requirements: Strong CapCut desktop skills (please confirm desktop, not mobile-only) Experience with vocal isolation/audio separation workflows Comfortable syncing narration to unscripted footage, not just word-for-word captions Basic motion graphics/animated text skills (for the components section) Good written English for back-and-forth on timing/revision notes Portfolio with at least 2 examples of instructional, tutorial, or install guide video editing Budget: Fixed price, $150–200 depending on experience. Includes 2 rounds of revisions; additional revision rounds billed separately at an agreed hourly rate. Timeline: Need 24 hour turnaround. To apply, please include: A link to 1–2 examples of instructional/tutorial/install guide video edits you've done (not general social/Reels content) Confirmation you're working in CapCut desktop One sentence on how you'd approach syncing voiceover to footage that wasn't filmed to match the final script exactly This could lead to ongoing work, we produce install guide videos for new product lines regularly.
