CapCut Video Editor Needed for AI Instagram Reels

I’m building my Instagram personal brand in the AI video creation niche, and I’m looking for someone who can help produce short-form videos for Reels. This role involves recreating viral video formats that I provide, editing the videos in CapCut, and eventually helping create AI-generated videos/images using tools like Higgsfield. The main skill I’m looking for is short-form video editing. You do not need to be an expert with AI video tools yet. I can help train you on the AI workflow. But you do need to understand CapCut, short-form pacing, captions, cuts, zooms, music, sound effects, and how to make videos visually engaging. You must also understand how to use AI tools and prompt it. Most of the work will involve following viral reference videos and adapting them to my personal brand. Responsibilities • Edit short-form Instagram Reels in CapCut • Follow provided viral video examples • Recreate the pacing, style, captions, cuts, and structure of reference videos • Add captions, music, sound effects, zooms, and visual movement • Help generate AI images/videos using tools like Higgsfield once trained • Organize content in Airtable • Schedule approved posts through Metricool • Take feedback and improve future videos Workflow Overview You will receive: • Viral reference videos to model • Content ideas or rough direction • Raw clips, images, or AI assets when available • Feedback and coaching on what I want improved Your job is to: 1. Study the viral reference video 2. Understand the pacing, structure, captions, and visual style 3. Recreate that style for my AI video creation personal brand 4. Edit the video in CapCut 5. Export the finished video 6. Keep the content organized in Airtable 7. Schedule approved posts through Metricool Requirements • Experience editing short-form content for Reels / TikTok / Shorts • Strong CapCut skills • Good eye for pacing, captions, and visual movement • Able to follow viral references closely • Comfortable taking feedback and applying it • Reliable and organized • Willing to learn AI video tools • Strong attention to detail Nice to Have • Experience with AI image or video tools • Experience with Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Grok • Access to ChatGPT paid version • Access to Grok paid version • Experience using Airtable • Experience using Metricool • Good visual taste for viral social media content • Interest in AI video creation Workload Approximately 5–10 hours per week to start, with the potential to expand if it is a good fit. Pay $5–$7 per hour depending on experience. This can become a long-term role if you are reliable, coachable, and able to improve over time.
