Job Overview We are looking for an experienced CapCut video editor to create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for our marriage and relationship brand. Our content consists primarily of: * Talking-head videos * Relationship advice * Marriage content * Hooks and storytelling * Educational short-form videos The ideal candidate understands viewer retention, hooks, captions, pacing, and social media editing styles. ⸻ Responsibilities * Edit short-form videos using CapCut. * Create engaging opening hooks. * Add animated captions. * Add B-roll footage when appropriate. * Add sound effects and transitions. * Create zooms and motion effects. * Add calls-to-action. * Deliver videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels. ⸻ Requirements * Minimum 1 year of CapCut experience. * Experience editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. * Strong English comprehension. * Ability to follow brand guidelines. * Ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent communication. ⸻ Required Skills * CapCut Desktop (preferred) * Auto captions * Text animations * Keyframes * Audio editing * B-roll integration * Social media editing * Viewer retention editing ⸻ To Apply Please provide the following: 1. You will be given a 30–60 second talking-head video and asked to: * Add a hook. * Create animated captions. * Add B-roll. * Add transitions and zooms. * Add a call-to-action. The paid test budget is $20–$30. ⸻ Deliverables For each completed video, please provide: * Final MP4 file. * CapCut project file. * Any assets used in the edit. ⸻ About Us We operate a growing marriage and relationship brand focused on helping couples improve communication, rebuild connection, and strengthen relationships. We produce educational and inspirational content across multiple social media platforms.
