Capacitor iOS Wrapper for React/TypeScript PWA — App Store Submission

I have a working travel audio app called DeepWalk Travel, built in React/TypeScript as a PWA. The app uses GPS geofencing to trigger audio stories as users walk through cities. It's fully functional and well-documented — I need a Capacitor specialist to wrap it for iOS and get it to the App Store. Scope of work: Wrap the existing PWA in Capacitor for iOS Enable background location and background audio modes Native GPS integration (CLLocationManager) so Wander Mode keeps working when the screen is locked Audio session setup (AVAudioSession) with lock-screen controls App Store submission — icons, splash screens, metadata, privacy labels TestFlight beta setup This is implementation work, not architecture work. The codebase comes with a full technical handoff document including the native bridge spec — everything is already designed and documented.
