Capital Finders / Introducers Needed

We are searching for project capital finders or capital introducers who can raise between $750,000 and $1 million for a project. . The capital will be needed for the company setup, legal part, legal documents, SEC filings and mainly marketing, IR and PR. The investors will get in total 10% of the GP and the right to purchase securities with a significant discount in the amount of the invested capital. Everything will be under US law and regulated by the SEC. No retainer models.The ideal candidate will have experience in raising capital and a strong network of investors. The role involves identifying potential investors and facilitating connections to secure funding. If you have a proven track record in capital raising, we would love to hear from you.
