We are seeking an experienced startup fundraising advisor with a proven track record of helping early-stage technology companies raise capital. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance on our fundraising process, help refine our investment materials and pitch deck, advise on investor outreach, and leverage their network to facilitate introductions to relevant angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners. OVRTØNE is building the operating system for live music bookings, enabling venues to discover, book, manage, and pay musicians through a single platform. We are looking for someone who can help position the company for investment and support us through our upcoming capital raise.
