Capital Raise / Investor Deck Advisor – Telecom & Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced capital-raising / investment banking / private equity professional to work with our team on a part-time consulting basis as we prepare to raise both debt and equity capital. We operate an established and growing telecommunications/infrastructure construction company and are also developing a broader acquisition/roll-up strategy focused on acquiring and growing complementary infrastructure businesses. We already have an internal team that can do much of the legwork. We are not looking for someone simply to build a PowerPoint or spreadsheet. We are looking for an experienced advisor who has been through this process multiple times and can work alongside us to make sure the entire package is investor-ready. What We Need Help With Develop and refine our investor pitch deck Organize historical financial information into an investor-friendly format Build/review financial projections and assumptions Help determine the appropriate financial metrics and KPIs to present Clearly communicate our growth and acquisition strategy Present the use of proceeds and capital requirements Help structure the story for both debt and equity investors Review valuation assumptions and potential transaction structures Identify questions sophisticated investors, family offices, lenders, and private equity groups are likely to ask Review our outreach materials and investor communications Help us prepare for investor meetings and due diligence Identify weaknesses or missing information in our materials before they reach investors Who We Are Looking For Ideally, you have 10+ years of relevant experience and have personally participated in multiple successful capital raises. Strong backgrounds could include: Investment banking Private equity Family office investing M&A advisory Corporate finance / capital markets Infrastructure or telecom investing Acquisition financing and leveraged transactions Experience with telecommunications, broadband, utilities, power infrastructure, construction, data centers, or other infrastructure-related businesses would be particularly valuable. You should understand both debt and equity financing and be comfortable reviewing financial statements, EBITDA, cash flow, projections, valuation, acquisition models, and investor presentations. Engagement This will initially be a part-time consulting/advisory engagement. Our team will handle much of the underlying work. We need an experienced person looking over our shoulder, directing the process, reviewing what we produce, identifying what is missing, and helping us turn it into a professional institutional-quality capital-raising package. We are less interested in credentials on paper than we are in someone who can say: “I have done this 5–10+ times, I know what investors are going to look for, I know the questions they are going to ask, and I know how to prepare you for them.” When Applying Please briefly tell us: How many debt and/or equity capital raises you have personally worked on. Approximate size of those transactions. Your specific role in those raises. Whether you have experience with private equity, family offices, infrastructure investors, or lenders. Whether you have experience with telecom, utilities, construction, infrastructure, or acquisition/roll-up strategies. An example of a pitch deck, financial model, or capital-raising process you helped develop (redacted is fine). How you would approach getting a company investor-ready for a debt/equity raise.
