Capital Raiser / Investor Relations Specialist for Hedge Fund (Performance-Based + Long-Term Upside)

We are a newly launched hedge fund seeking experienced capital raisers, placement agents, and investor relations professionals to help secure capital from qualified investors. This is a high-upside opportunity to work directly with the founding team and participate in the early growth of a fund targeting scalable, long-term performance in public equities. Responsibilities: Source and connect with accredited investors, family offices, and institutional LPs Facilitate introductions and manage investor conversations Support capital raise strategy and outreach campaigns Maintain investor pipeline and track communications Assist with refining pitch materials and positioning (if needed) Ideal Candidate: Proven experience raising capital for hedge funds, private equity, VC, or similar vehicles Existing network of accredited investors, HNWIs, or family offices Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based structure Familiarity with fund structures and compliance considerations is a plus Compensation: Performance-based compensation (percentage of capital raised) Potential for ongoing revenue share tied to AUM Opportunity for a long-term role within the fund as it scales About the Fund: Focus: Public equities (with a flexible, opportunistic strategy) Stage: Early / emerging manager Structure: Designed for scalability and institutional growth More details will be shared after initial screening.
