**Capital Strategy & Fundraising Consultant – Animal Welfare Nonprofit** Animal Welfare non-profit is seeking an experienced Capital Strategy & Fundraising Consultant to help transform our organization from a successful local animal rescue into a high-performing, donor-driven nonprofit by the end of the year. We are looking for someone who can build and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, not simply write grants. Key responsibilities include: * Recommend and implement the right CRM for our organization. * Develop and manage an aggressive grant calendar, including researching and writing grants. * Build a corporate sponsorship program and cultivate strategic partnerships. * Design and implement a donor journey and stewardship strategy. * Create a comprehensive website donation strategy to improve donor conversion. * Develop a major gifts program. * Build and grow a recurring giving program. * Establish planned and legacy giving initiatives. * Plan and execute year-end fundraising campaigns. * Develop dashboards and track fundraising KPIs to measure success and guide decision-making. * Help establish sustainable fundraising systems, processes, and best practices. Our goal is to create a diversified, scalable fundraising program that will support our continued growth and expansion.
