CardLogx Platform Development

CardLogx (cardlogx.com) is a growing platform for the trading card and collectibles industry. We maintain one of the most complete Pokémon card databases in existence, and we're now expanding our dataset to cover other trading card games (Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, etc.) and eventually sports cards. We already have a large dataset for these new categories, but we need a detail-oriented data entry specialist to help us: Verify existing data against official/primary sources for accuracy Complete missing entries (card names, set info, variants, print runs, rarities, etc.) Organize and standardize entries to match our internal formatting and structure This is NOT a coding, web development, or platform-building role. This is data entry, verification, and cataloging work using spreadsheets/databases we already have set up. We'll walk you through our exact system, tools, and requirements on an onboarding call before work begins. What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail this is meticulous, structured work Comfort working in spreadsheets/databases A genuine understanding of the trading card / collectibles hobby; you don't need to be an expert in every game, but you should know what a "set," "rarity," "variant/parallel," or "print run" means without us having to explain it from scratch Reliable communication and ability to follow detailed formatting guidelines Prior data entry or cataloging experience is a plus Nice to have: Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, sports cards, or similar collectibles Experience with data scraping or verification workflows This starts as a paid hourly trial project, with strong potential to grow into ongoing work as we continue expanding into new categories.
