We are looking for someone whose expertise is identifying, approaching, and onboarding career coaches. ### Your Responsibilities * Research and identify suitable career coaches, publishers, influencers, business communities, training organisations, and educational partners. * Reach out via email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels. * Introduce our partners' opportunity professionally. * Explain our commission structure and its benefits. * Schedule meetings where necessary. * Maintain a prospect database and outreach tracker. * Assist with onboarding successful career coaches ### Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has experience recruiting partners for: * Online courses * Digital products * SaaS platforms * Coaching or consulting businesses * Business education products You should have: * Excellent written English * Strong outreach and relationship-building skills * Experience using LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Instantly, Thinkific or similar outreach tools * Experience with affiliate platforms is a plus ### Deliverables During the initial project, we'd like you to: * Recruit qualified career coaches * Build a pipeline of interested partners * Assist with onboarding This could become a long-term engagement based on performance. ### About The Collective0417 The Collective0417 is an online education platform focused on helping businesses expand internationally with confidence.
