Caribbean Business Development Partner — Commissioned

We are a Caribbean-focused digital business that helps small and medium businesses get found and look professional online, and turn website visitors into real customers — live in as little as 48 hours, starting at $500. We are growing fast and looking for driven, self-motivated Business Development Partners to help us reach businesses across Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana. The Role This is a commission-only remote role for someone who loves sales, but moreso, someone who is an excellent closer, who knows the Caribbean business landscape and wants to earn based on results — not hours. You will identify Caribbean businesses, offer them a free Business Audit, and convert that audit into a paying client. This is not a lead generation role - You are a Kickass Closer! What You Will Do You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase our market presence. Familiarity with the Caribbean business environment is essential. Your role Specifically, your role centeres around, identifying and researching prospects; sending messages and follow-up calls to book free audits; presenting business packages and closing sales; guiding clients through the digital contract signing process; and reporting daily activity to the founder. We provide everything you need to be successful: - Sales playbook with scripts, objection handling, and island-specific guidance. - Same-day client audits - Digital contract system for frictionless closing - Marketing materials and brand assets - Direct support from the founder Earn up to 10% per client closed…plus bonuses. Earning potential for a solid performer: 5 basic clients/week = ~$8000/month 3 mid-tier clients/week = ~$1,000/month 2 high tier clients/week = ~$1,500/month Mixed packages = $1,200–$1,800/month You Are the Right Fit If You: - Are based in or deeply familiar with Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, or Guyana - Have experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles - Are comfortable with WhatsApp outreach and phone calls - Are self-motivated and thrive on commission -Communicate professionally and represent a brand with pride - Can commit to consistent daily outreach activity We need 3-4 freelancers.
