Carrier Recruiter – Recruit U.S. Owner-Operators & Small Fleets (Remote Worldwide)

Stelyn Logistics LLC is seeking independent recruiters from anywhere in the world to help identify and recruit U.S.-based owner-operators and small fleet trucking companies interested in partnering with our dispatch company. As a recruiter, your role is to find and connect with qualified carriers operating within the United States. You may use any lawful and ethical recruitment methods you prefer, including social media, Facebook groups, industry forums, online communities, referrals, direct outreach, networking, email outreach, or other lead generation strategies. The carriers you recruit must be active U.S.-based owner-operators or small fleet companies interested in dispatch services. Responsibilities: * Identify and recruit U.S.-based owner-operators and small fleet carriers. * Conduct outreach using methods of your choice. * Introduce qualified carriers to Stelyn Logistics LLC. * Communicate professionally with prospective carriers. * Follow up with interested prospects when necessary. Requirements: * Recruiters may be located anywhere in the world. * Strong communication and lead-generation skills. * Experience in recruiting, sales, trucking, freight, logistics, or business development is a plus, but not required. * Ability to independently source qualified U.S.-based carrier prospects. Compensation: This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Payment is issued for successful referrals only. A referral is considered successful once the carrier: * Completes the onboarding process, * Submits all required documentation, and * Is officially approved and signed with Stelyn Logistics LLC. Additional Information: * You are free to choose the recruitment methods that work best for you, provided they comply with applicable laws and Upwork policies. * No cold-calling scripts or specific advertising methods are required. * There are no fees or purchases required to participate as a recruiter.
