Cartographer Needed to Create Reusable Stylized Static Maps in Mapbox

I am an interior architectural designer seeking a cartographic designer or Mapbox Studio specialist to create a polished, reusable map style for the cover sheets of my architectural design drawing sets. I would like the maps to be eye catching. These maps will be used as presentation-quality graphics for residential and commercial design projects. I am looking for a refined, minimal style that complements a clean architectural presentation. This is not for an interactive website map. The goal is to create a reusable Mapbox Studio template that I can update for future projects by changing the address, map center, and zoom level, then export as high-resolution static images for use in Adobe InDesign. The desired aesthetic is a sophisticated grayscale map with contrast and limited accent colors, such as muted green or muted blue for water where appropriate. Roads, neighborhoods, city labels, water, parks, and major geographic elements should be balanced and visually clear without feeling cluttered. The project location should be identified with a professional custom marker or pin. Typography is important to me as well. My brand font is Montserrat, set to 80% text width, and I would like the map labels to use this styling wherever possible.
