Case Management System Consultant (Human Rights / Legal Aid / Protection Services)

Project Overview A LGBTQ-led organization seeking an experienced consultant to design and build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly Case Management and Referral System for their Legal Desk. They provide legal aid, emergency response, referrals, and protection services to sexual and gender minorities and other vulnerable populations in Nigeria. We are transitioning from largely manual case documentation processes to a centralized digital system that will support real-time case intake, legal response coordination, referral tracking, reporting, and organizational learning. We are open to Airtable, Monday.com, Zoho Creator, Glide, Softr, Power Apps, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, or other suitable low-code/no-code solutions. We are not committed to a specific platform and welcome recommendations. Objective We need a consultant who can help us: - Design a business requirements framework. - Build a digital case management system. - Configure automations and notifications. - Create dashboards and reporting tools. - Train our staff. - Support initial testing and deployment. This is not simply a database project. We are looking for someone who can understand legal aid and protection workflows and translate them into a practical digital system.
