Caseload Growth Specialist (Mental Health)

Caseload Growth Specialist (Mental Health) Remote | Part-Time | Independent Contractor | Initial 3-Month Contract** We are a growing telehealth group private mental health practice seeking a Caseload Growth Specialist to help increase client referrals and build sustainable caseloads for our independent contractor therapists. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, strategic outreach, and creating referral partnerships that produce measurable results. This is NOT a social media marketing role. We already have social media support in place. Instead, we're looking for someone who can think creatively, build community relationships, and proactively identify opportunities that bring new clients into our practice. Your Mission Your primary responsibility is to help our therapists grow healthy, sustainable caseloads. Our current KPI is to help each therapist reach approximately 30 active clients within three months (roughly 10 new clients per month), while recognizing that individual results may vary based on therapist availability, licensure, specialties, insurance participation, and market conditions. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of outcomes and continuously testing new strategies to improve referral growth. Responsibilities * Develop and implement referral growth strategies. * Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, schools, universities, nonprofits, EAPs, community organizations, employers, and other referral sources. * Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities. * Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, networking, presentations, and other creative methods. * Create outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and resource guides. * Research new referral opportunities and underserved communities. * Monitor therapist caseload growth and adjust outreach efforts accordingly. * Track outreach activities, referrals, partnerships, and conversion results. * Recommend and implement new ideas that improve client acquisition. We're Looking For Someone Who * Has experience in outreach, partnerships, referral development, recruiting, healthcare growth, or a related field. * Is comfortable making cold calls and initiating new relationships. * Is highly organized and self-directed. * Thinks creatively and enjoys solving problems. * Communicates professionally through phone, email, and virtual meetings. * Is motivated by measurable goals and outcomes. Bonus Qualifications * Experience working with mental health, behavioral health, healthcare, or private practices. * Existing relationships with referral organizations. * Experience creating outreach campaigns or business partnerships. * Experience tracking KPIs and measuring outreach effectiveness.
