Cash Buyer Caller — Real Estate Wholesaling Dispo (On-Call, Base + Commission)

We move contracts. You get paid when they move. We're a real estate wholesaling operation with a proprietary dispo platform and a live buyer list. When a property hits our intake, the clock starts. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get on the phone with cash buyers, find the one who wants that address, and get it under contract. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING - Calling cash buyers off our existing list the moment a new deal drops into intake - Pitching the numbers (ARV, repairs, spread, exit) clearly and without stumbling - Handling the objections you already know by heart: "too high," "wrong area," "send me the comps" - Logging every call, note, and outcome in our platform so nothing gets lost - Following up on warm buyers and keeping the list clean and current - Getting verbal commitments and handing off to our closer for paperwork THE SCHEDULE - READ THIS PART CAREFULLY This is not a 9-to-5, and it's not a "work whenever you feel like it" gig either. It's somewhere more specific than both. Deals don't arrive on a schedule. When one hits intake, we need calls going out inside the hour. A buyer list gets cold fast and the first person to call a good deal usually wins it. So the shape of this role is short bursts of intense calling, scattered unpredictably through the day. You might do 45 minutes at 9am, nothing until 1pm, then a 90-minute push because two deals landed at once. Some days are quiet. Some days are not. What that means for you: - You set your own hours around your life. We genuinely don't care when you sleep. - But when a deal drops during your stated available window, you're on the phone within 30-60 minutes. - You need reliable internet, a quiet space, and a headset you can grab fast. - You'll tell us your daily availability window up front, and we'll hold you to it. If you need a fixed, predictable block of hours every day, this role will frustrate you and you'll frustrate us. COMPENSATION - Base retainer: $5-8/hr for logged calling time, depending on experience - Commission: $250-$500 per assigned contract that closes, paid on close - Volume is real. Our people who treat the commission as the main event out-earn the ones who treat the base as the main event. WHAT WE REQUIRE - Prior real estate wholesaling or dispo experience. This is not negotiable. You've called cash buyers before. You know what an assignment fee is, what a double close is, and why a buyer asking for a walkthrough on day one is a good sign. - Clear, neutral-accent English. Our buyers are US investors and they hang up on friction. - Fast, stable internet and a proper headset. No phone speaker, no cafe wifi. - Comfortable learning a new platform. Ours is straightforward and we train you on it. - Availability overlapping US business hours, at least partially.
