Cash van route optimization and territory mapping

Project Overview We have an existing sales-territory optimization model built for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and we want the same approach replicated for two more cities: Riyadh and Dammam. The goal is to take our customer list (with GPS coordinates and recent sales history) and produce a balanced set of sales-rep territories, plus an interactive map that visualizes the proposed zones. This is a self-contained, data-driven analysis and visualization task. We are not asking you to build a live system or integrate with our software — we need a clear methodology, the territory assignments per customer, and an interactive HTML map we can open in a browser. Strong candidates will treat this as a repeatable process we may run again for other cities.
