Catch Up on Business Expenses

Hi! I’m looking for someone to help me catch up several months of business expenses. Initially, we would work together over Zoom while I share my screen. I would log into the systems, and we would review, categorize, and upload the expenses together. Once we’re comfortable working together, I’ll see whether I can arrange delegated access so you can handle more of the work independently. I need help with two separate expense-reporting systems, as well as QuickBooks. Some travel and business expenses are reimbursed by my client, while others are not, so everything needs to be tracked carefully to avoid missing legitimate business expenses or recording reimbursements incorrectly. The work may include matching receipts, entering business purposes, selecting projects or cost codes, submitting expenses, tracking reimbursement status, and properly categorizing the transactions in QuickBooks. I’m looking for someone detail-oriented who is comfortable working live over Zoom initially. Please let me know about your experience with expense systems, QuickBooks, receipt reconciliation, and your hourly rate.
