Sales (Mobile Catering & Events) Playx Go | Remote | Base pay plus Commission + Performance Bonuses We Don't Need Order Takers. We Need Closers. Playx Go is one of Texas' fastest-growing mobile entertainment and catering companies. We provide unforgettable experiences including catering, concessions, school events, corporate events, festivals, birthday parties, church events, and community celebrations. We're looking for a highly motivated Remote Sales Champion whose mission is simple: Keep our calendar FULL. If you love prospecting, making cold calls, building relationships, and closing deals, this could be an incredible opportunity. Our goal is to add someone who can consistently generate 20 or more confirmed bookings every month, with a strong emphasis on catering accounts. Your Primary Mission Book at least 20 new events every month, with a heavy focus on: Catering events Corporate lunches Employee appreciation events School catering Church events City events Festivals Grand openings Business catering Birthday parties Community events We are especially looking for someone who already has experience selling catering services, as this is one of the fastest-growing parts of our business. What You'll Be Doing Every Day Outbound Sales Cold calling businesses Cold emailing decision makers Following up with previous leads Sending quotes Closing sales Asking for referrals Re-engaging old customers Business Development You'll actively build new relationships with: Schools Daycares Churches Corporate offices Apartment communities HOA communities Event planners HR departments City parks & recreation departments Property management companies Realtors Wedding planners Nonprofits Lead Generation You'll constantly generate new opportunities by: Posting ads Facebook outreach LinkedIn networking Email campaigns Google research Finding new business leads Creating prospect lists CRM management Following up until the deal closes Sales Pipeline Management Track every lead Schedule follow-ups Keep detailed notes Move prospects through the sales pipeline Maintain a healthy sales funnel Report weekly KPIs Success Looks Like Every month you should be able to: Book 20+ confirmed events Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads Build long-term client relationships Create repeat business Help keep our event calendar packed weeks in advance If you're consistently booking more than 20 events per month, there will be opportunities for increased bonuses, higher commissions, and future leadership roles.
