Central Command Platform (Security)

We run a fully managed 24/7 drone security service and are building the next-generation version of our operations platform. There is an existing partial codebase and a detailed technical spec. We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to complete and deploy it to production on Google Cloud. Scope of work: Unified communications hub: inbound and outbound messaging across Voice, Email, SMS, WhatsApp (Twilio), Telegram, Signal, and Slack, organized in a single real-time, chat-style inbox. Client portal with secure, no-login access: clients receive a tokenized link over their preferred channel and can communicate with our team in real time without signing in. Drone operations and flight logging: integrate the manufacturer's API (positions, routes, sweeps, flight events); log flights to a database we own, with redundant copies; migrate our historical flight records. Situational-awareness layer: live operations map combining weather (with flight-safety scoring), airspace/air-traffic alerts (TFRs, NOTAMs, traffic), and local crime data. On-demand edge video: allow operators to pull live video from a remote site node over Tailscale. Alert pipeline and operator tracking: alerts with evidence and multi-channel dispatch, plus operator activity tracking and rewards.
