Centralized Operations Hub & Client Portal

We are seeking an experienced consultant or developer to help design and build a centralized operations hub and client portal for a luxury destination wedding planning company. Our goal is to replace Dropbox, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and disconnected workflows with a single platform for both internal team operations and client communication. The internal hub should house wedding records, documents, vendor information, timelines, meeting notes, photo galleries, publication tracking, marketing resources, and team workflows. The client portal should provide planning updates, meeting recaps, mood boards, wedding weekend schedules, vendor information, important documents, travel details, and other planning resources. We are open to platform recommendations and are looking for someone who can help architect the system, recommend the best solution, and execute the build.
