Certified Developer (Oracle Java/Azure) for EU Public Procurement IT Projects

We are an EU-based IT company in Lithuania seeking a certified Software Developer with Oracle Java and/or Microsoft Azure credentials to be formally named as an expert in our public procurement (government IT) project bids. Role Overview: This is primarily a certification-based, subcontracting role. We need a qualified developer with valid professional certification(s) to be listed as a named expert in tender documentation. Our internal team handles day-to-day project delivery, so your involvement would mainly consist of providing your credentials and signing formal commitment documents. However, there may be opportunities for hands-on development work on specific projects.
