Certified Project Manager (PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA) – Subcontractor for EU Public Procurement IT Projects

We are an IT services company based in the EU (Lithuania) that participates in large-scale public procurement projects for government and public sector clients. We are looking for a certified Project Manager to join our team as a named expert / subcontractor. This is not a typical freelance gig. We need someone who can be formally listed as a project management expert in our public procurement bids. You would sign a Letter of Commitment / subcontracting agreement confirming your availability and participation if we win the contract. Day-to-day involvement will depend on the specific project, but may include project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, and ensuring delivery milestones are met according to the contract terms. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS (at least one): - PMP (Project Management Professional) - PRINCE2 Practitioner - IPMA Level B or C - CompTIA Project+ - PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (Agile certifications are a strong plus) REQUIREMENTS: - Hold at least one internationally recognized project management certification (listed above) - Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects (software development, system integration, or infrastructure) - Experience with public sector / government IT projects is a strong advantage - Willingness to sign a formal Letter of Commitment or subcontracting agreement for public procurement bids - Ability to provide a copy of your certification and a professional CV in Europass or similar format - English fluency required; Lithuanian or other EU language is a plus - Available for remote collaboration with occasional calls during CET/EET business hours WHAT WE OFFER: - Long-term collaboration with a growing EU-based IT company - Participation in meaningful, large-scale government IT projects - Flexible remote work arrangement - Clear contractual framework (subcontracting agreement or Letter of Commitment) - Potential to be involved in multiple projects over time TO APPLY: - Attach your professional CV (Europass format preferred but not required) - Provide proof of your certification(s) - scan, certificate number, or verification link - Briefly describe your relevant project experience (especially any public sector work) - Confirm your willingness to sign a Letter of Commitment or subcontracting agreement
