Certified Zoho One Solution Architect / Business Systems Developer Project Overview We are building a technology platform for a new company. The workflow includes inspection scheduling, field documentation, estimating, management, coordination, and tracking. We are implementing Zoho One as the operating system for the business and are looking for an experienced Zoho architect to help design and build the platform from the ground up. This project is still in the early design stage. The selected consultant should expect to spend meaningful time helping us define business requirements, map the lifecycle, identify workflow stages, design the data model, and recommend the best Zoho architecture before implementation begins. We are looking for someone who thinks like a **business systems architect**, not just a Zoho developer. Responsibilities * Lead business requirements gathering and process mapping. * Help define the claim lifecycle, workflow stages, and operational processes. * Design the overall Zoho One architecture. * Build custom CRM modules and relationships. * Design a scalable data model. * Configure workflows and business automation. * Build dashboards and KPI reporting. * Configure user roles and permissions. * Create custom layouts, forms, and page layouts. * Design document management workflows. * Build integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, and third-party applications (Zappier Experince). * Recommend best practices and challenge our assumptions where appropriate. * Document the complete system architecture for future scalability. ## Required Experience * **Certified Zoho One Consultant (preferred).** * Expert knowledge of Zoho One. * Strong experience with Zoho CRM. * Experience with Zoho Creator. * Experience with Zoho Flow. * Experience building custom business applications within Zoho. * API integration experience. * Zappier integration experience required. * Workflow automation experience. * Strong business process analysis and system architecture skills. * Ability to translate early-stage business concepts into a scalable system design. ## Phase 1 Deliverables * Requirements and Business process mapping linking to Zoho. * CRM data model. * Module architecture. * Relationship design. * Claim pipeline and stage definitions. * Workflow automation plan. * KPI dashboard design. * User roles and permissions. * Integration strategy. * System architecture documentation. ## What Success Looks Like At the end of Phase 1, we will have a well-designed and scalable Zoho One operating system capable of managing the complete claim lifecycle—from inspection request through insurance settlement—while supporting multiple markets, independent inspectors, and future nationwide expansion.
