Change colors in a design

Summary

I need to change the colors in a design (see pdf 1). I will provide the colors (See Royal Thai POM Box). It doesn't have to be exact. The original design (1) is in pdf form so it probably needs to be converted to another graphic software program first. I will start with this one geometric design. I will probably make multiple changes. If this works out I have about 5 more designs I'd like to do as well.
