Project Description – OTHRyde.com Frontend, Backend & API Updates We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to update and improve the OTH Ryde taxi and delivery platform. The project includes frontend, backend, admin portal, API integrations, mobile app connectivity, bug fixes, performance improvements, and real-time synchronization between all systems. Scope of Work: Update the customer (user) website frontend. Update the driver portal and dashboard. Update the fleet owner portal. Improve the admin management system. Enhance the dispatcher console with live ride management. Improve the accounts and reporting modules. Update dispute management and customer support tools. Improve driver notes and booking notes functionality. Fix frontend and backend errors and resolve existing bugs. Review and improve all API endpoints. Ensure seamless integration with the passenger and driver mobile apps. Improve real-time ride tracking and booking status updates. Update booking workflows from request to trip completion. Improve authentication, security, and user permissions. Optimise database queries and system performance. Improve payment processing and transaction handling. Update notifications, emails, SMS, and push notifications. Improve pricing, fare calculation, and commission logic. Update vehicle, driver, fleet, and customer management modules. Improve booking history, current rides, scheduled rides, and trip records. Add detailed logging, error handling, and API validation. Improve scalability, reliability, and overall user experience.
